Thanks to the organization, vision and efforts of the BVC, Carolina Panthers, more than 50 additional represented donating partners and over 100 volunteers, the 10th annual playground build of 2012 was a wonderful success. The rain and mud did not detour the job at hand. And with only the day to accomplish the build of the new playground the task ahead would go on as scheduled.
Paw Creek Elementary School was the chosen recipient of the new playground for 2012 and the dedicated foremen, donating partners and volunteers that get involved, many of which return year after year, did not disappoint.
On April 25th, the work site volunteers start off this messy, dreary and rainy morning with calisthenics to get loosened up for the work that lay shortly ahead. Once the warm up session concluded each volunteer located their work teams and the organized chaos began.
