Type S masonry cement is ideal for making mortar for laying brick, concrete block, or stone in the construction of chimneys, walls, planters, outdoor grills and for stuccoing old and new masonry walls.
For higher structural strength, Type S Mortar Mix is preferred; for lighter-duty or interior work, Type N Mortar Mix is ideal.
